;D OMJ!!!I am still trying to come down to earth. I am totally star struck. Josh is such a phenomenon. The audience in Adelaide went off last night and Josh loved it. He was so amazing. At the end of the interval, even with the lights still on I heard the heart beat for the start of "You Are Loved". That was when I took the position on the edge of my seat and that's where I stayed the whole concert (oh except for when I was jumping up and down and screaming like a women possessed ;D). I couldn't believe the impact that a simple curtain could have. When that fell the audience went crazy. So much so that you could hear them above the music. I have to admit that I was worried that Adelaide would be a bit dull. It wasn't a sell out show but I would say that 80% of the entertainment centre was full. Everyone made up for the empty seats though. When Josh was running through the audience and singing, I'm actually surprised that he didn't get mobbed. We were hysterical. Josh made the same jokes as he did in every other city and yet even though I knew that they were coming, he was still funny. When he sang "To Where You Are" and "YRMU" I cried my eyes out. They both have alot of sentimental meaning for me. Josh came out for 3 encores and ended the concert with "Awake". The first 4 rows were aloud to go up to the stage and dance, sing and interact with Josh. I had made up a sign that said "TRADE A BOTTLE OF SOUTH OZZY WINE FOR A STICK AND A HUG". It didn't work which was really disappointing. Tariqh saw it and had a laugh with me though ( I think I have a bit of a crush on him. Talk about gentle giant). After the concert Josh came out to sign autographs. I was able to give him the bottle of wine. I told him that I had a sign up at the front of the stage and Josh said that he would of taken the bottle if he had seen it. At least he has it now. We went back to the hotel with Marilyn (with whom I think I will adopt as my mum) and we had just missed Josh go up to his room. After we had ordered a drink I notice Tariqh. I yelled out to him, grabbed my program and proceeded to jump over my chair, jump down a couple of stairs and ran into his arms (not bad for a little fat chick I thought ). I got a photo with Tariqh, Andrea and Tim. The best was Tariqh. He gave me the biggest cuddle. Not just a hug but a real cuddle. I just melted into him (I'll try to post that photo later). I tried to convince them to come down for a drink with us but they were too tired. So all in all, I can honestly say that this is up there with my wedding as one of the best nights of my life. At least I actually spoke to Josh this time and didn't turn into a blubbering mess. HE IS MY HERO, NOT JUST A MAN. BEC

Bec -- Firstly, I can't see the photos All that appears is an X. I hit right click, show picture, but still no luck. Great concert review!!! I'm glad you had such a great time and got to meet Josh and the groband. The best bunch of muso's I've ever met. It was also great to meet you (and Gillian). My sis Carmel and I had a terrific time. Our stay in Adelaide was only about 19 hours, but it was the best 19 hours!

Oh Loretta, I knew you couldn't resist! I give you permission to go back to studying after Sunday night's show! That's so great that you gave Josh a great reception in SA, Bec. Worth the wait, eh? So glad you got to speak to Josh too.....

You still here, Loretta??!!! YES, I told Tim 'Loretta says HI'. For a split second he couldn't put a face to the name, and I said 'the little Asian girl from Sydney', and his face lit up. He said to say HI BACK!!!! I didn't get to speak with Darren, though.

I'll be posting a more detailed review of my experience tomorrow as I've just gotten back to Brisbane and it's 12:46am. Adelaide rocked... Highlights - - meeting some great Josh fans
- the autograph session after the concert (those eyes - swoon!!!)
- afterwards at the hotel meeting the band and getting photos/autographs etc.
- sharing "the best fries in Adelaide" with Tim, even though our drinks took an eternity to arrive.
- getting some inside information about the set list for the shows in Manila
- running into Tim as we we're leaving the hotel - and discovering he was regretting the shot of "some sort of alcohol" he'd just been"made" to have
- seeing Josh at the airport today and getting an autograph. Would have loved a photo, but just didn't feel it was the right time/place.
