Hi everyone! I'm Shannon, from Perth. I'm disappointed I can't make it to more concerts, but so happy Josh decided to come over west! So many artists don't bother. ^^ Yay for Josh!

Hi everyone I'm Linda and I'm 21 Live in Tassie doing uni.
I'm not sure when i first heard josh, but i know that I played the song from polar express and then also you raise me up on the piano and became hooked that way. I'll be going to the melbourne concerts. It's nice to have somewhere for the australians to gather.
Linda

Hi all I'm Rosette, from Sydney. I am also part of the Ally McBeal introduction group! Then closely followed by seeing him on Sarah Brightman's "La Luna" dvd, singing a song called There For Me with her. I would always refer to him as the guy from Ally McBeal until he became "Josh Groban" when Sarah Brightman introduced him as he came on to sing the duet! From then on it was official. JOSH GROBAN was going to be around for a very long time !! Thanks Loretta for setting up this board thingy Rosette Sept 30th, Oct 1st. Woohoo

Hey peoples! I found this forum today during work, so I figured I better actually be good, and not do too much on it till after work.. Kudos to Loretta for setting this up. Makes it a lot easier than scrolling through the pages when no ones posted on the australia thread for a few hours.. Well I'm Annali, currently from sydney. I wish my Josh introduction had been Ally McBeal or something.. I'm still trying to find them to watch. My brother wanted me and a friend to sing "The Prayer" at his wedding. I had the celine dion/andrea bocelli one version, but it was out of his range, so he brought his brothers Josh Groban book/cd with him so we could learn that version. I totally blame him for my addiction. But I don't hold it against him Anyhow, I gotta work in far too few hours, so I'm crashing.. *waves to all*

^Hey annali! alley mcbeal episodes are up on youtube! just search "ally mcbeal josh groban" or something... trust me, i thought it wasn't possible to be more infatuated by josh, but i was wrong- he was so young in alley mcbeal and his character is absolutely adorable!

Hi everyone
I'm a novice at this posting so forgive me if it ends up in the wrong place. My name is Jan. I'm from Perth and from what I have read so far I'm probably the oldest fart in the forum! Josh is the same age as my son. Like most of you, when I first heard Josh's voice ( Ally McBeal )I stopped dead in my tracks and I've been hooked ever since. Needless to say he's not a bad piece of eye candy too! I can't wait to see him in concert. I am off to Sydney as well as the Perth concert so will be doubly delighted. I look forward to meeting fellow Grobanites! As they say - all good things come to those who wait!
Bye for now

Hey y'all! A new Aussie site! YAY! I'm Fiona from Newcastle, NSW. First Josh sighting was also on Ally, but didn't really take notice then (thinking he was just an actor lipsynching to someone elses singing voice!) till I saw him on Oprah when he sang TWYA. I actually cried (my Goddaughter had just passed away) and got his CD the next day. Been reading posts for around 3 years & joined when I found out he was FINALLY coming to our shores. Well done Loretta, gr8 site!

^ welcome jan and fiona! glad there're more people joining- however the online aussie grobies community is still pretty small, considering josh's shows are sold out (imagine how many grobies are hiding out there!) hopefully they'll discover the joy of posting online and sharing the love of josh, instead of just bombarding the concert tickets! lol

Hello everyone I'm another novice but I thought I'd give it a go. I'm Cheryl from Sydney and am another 'old fart'. My son is only 19 but has the same birthday as Josh. I was introduced to Josh a few years ago while watching Michael Buble's concert DVD and have been hooked since.
